How long until I receive my online gallery?
Between 24-48 Hours after your wedding day, you will receive an email with a link and password to access your online gallery. The gallery will be divided by two folders 'Raw Footage' & 'Edited Reels'.
How Many Videos/Photos Will We Get?
Depending on your chosen package, there will be a breakdown of what number of media to expect, however I do have a habit of overdelivering! I don't want you to miss anything, so I will attach everything I capture!
What Happens If We Cancel?
Unfortunately if I’m not available on your new date or you cancel the wedding then the deposit is non-refundable.
What Happens If You Can’t Make Our Wedding?
In the unlikely event of me being unable to make your wedding your day due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances then I will try to find you a cover. If I am unsuccessful at finding cover then you will receive a full refund.
Do We Need To Pay Upfront?
The short answer is no. When your booking is confirmed I will ask you to pay a 20% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days before your wedding day.
